We’re excited to share that our new provider portal, FRxConnect, is now LIVE! As a biologics coordinator, we built this portal with your workflow in mind—making it easier to stay connected, access information, and streamline communication with our team.

Getting Started:

• Click “Access FRxConnect HERE” below
• Click “Request Account”
• Enter all required information, with YOU as the user and you may add as many prescriber NPIs as you like for the prescribers in which you will have visibility.
• Once your account is approved, you will receive a separate email with your temporary password (if you don’t see it, please check your junk/spam folder)
• Click “Access FRxConnect HERE” and “Sign In” with your new credentials.
• Username: Your email address
• Password: Temporary (sent via email) until you are asked to set your new password.

All providers that you support will be visible within your user account, so you can easily manage and track activity in one place. Your feedback is incredibly important to us as we launch this new portal.
